Job Description

🔹Lead and oversee all costing processes for retail products and operations. 🔹Develop, maintain, and improve costing models to ensure accurate and timely cost calculations. 🔹Monitor and analyze cost variances, providing actionable recommendations to improve profitability. 🔹Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure cost efficiency. 🔹Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards in all costing activities. 🔹Provide strategic input for pricing decisions and new product launches.

Job Requirements

🔹Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Professional certification such as CMA is a plus). 🔹Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in costing, preferably in Retail, F&B, or FMCG industries. 🔹Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills. 🔹Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems. 🔹Exceptional leadership and communication skills. 📍 Location: Head Office – Sheraton Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt
