Job Description

-Design and implement a comprehensive accounting system tailored to the company’s needs. -Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls. -Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. -Monitor financial performance and analyze variances between actual results and budget. -Generate accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. -Oversee and ensure compliance with local tax laws, accounting standards, and audit -Lead, train, and supervise the financial team.

Job Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, (MBA or CMA is a plus). -Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in Engineering, Exporting. -Strong command of English (spoken and written). -Advanced proficiency in SAP , Odoo Systems -Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
