Job Description

Accurately record and monitor daily accounting entries in accordance with approved accounting standards. - Review supporting documents for entries and ensure their accuracy. - Regularly review and analyze general ledger account balances. - Ensure reconciliation of bank accounts, suppliers, and customers’ accounts. - Review monthly bank reconciliations and match balances with bank statements. - Assist in the preparation of the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement. - Ensure that all expenses and revenues are properly recorded in the correct accounts. - Support the tax department in preparing the required data and documents for tax filings (Income Tax – VAT –With holding Tax). - Prepare necessary files and documents for periodic audits. - Respond to auditors’ inquiries and clarify accounting treatments. - Comply with financial policies approved by management and adhere to IFRS. Location: 10th of Ramadan City

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting. - 5+ years of demonstrable experience as a GL Accountant. - Excellent in ERP systems – Oracle & Advanced Excel.
