Job Description

Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives. Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, profitability analysis, and trend analysis, to provide insights and recommendations to management. Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process, including the development of detailed budgets for all departments and projects. Prepare regular financial forecasts, incorporating current performance and market trends. Monitor budget performance and identify areas for improvement. Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS or local GAAP). Present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors. Cash Flow Management: Manage the company's cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet operational needs. Develop and implement cash flow forecasting models. Optimize working capital management. Internal Controls & Compliance: Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations. Oversee audits and ensure timely resolution of any audit findings. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Conduct performance reviews and provide opportunities for professional growth. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including department heads and senior management. Liaise with external stakeholders, such as banks, auditors, and tax authorities. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements within the finance function to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Streamline financial processes and automate reporting where possible. Special Projects: Participate in special projects as assigned, such as mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and system implementations & Participate in ERP system Successful implementation

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a management role. Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. Experience in the facility management industry is highly desirable. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems.
