Financial Planning & Budgeting: Lead the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans for property management operations.
Performance Analysis: Conduct variance analysis, financial modeling, and trend analysis to assess performance against budget and forecast. Provide actionable insights based on findings.
Reporting: Develop, maintain, and present financial reports to senior management, delivering clear recommendations to support strategic decisions.
Cost Control & Efficiency: Identify cost optimization opportunities and improve financial processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Financial Systems & Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy within ERP systems (Oddo) and contribute to financial systems’ implementation and optimization.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to IFRS, regulatory requirements, internal policies, and strong internal controls.
Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and develop FP&A team members, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably within real estate or property management.
Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other financial planning tools.
Proven experience with ERP systems (Oddo experience highly desirable).
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-making.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration experience.
Professional certification (CFA, CPA, CMA) is a strong plus.
