Project Financial & Cost Controller Manager (Full-Remote-Egypt) 🚀

Job Description

Budgeting & Cost Planning Develop and maintain project budgets in coordination with Project Managers and the CoE. Establish and manage cost breakdown structures (CBS/WBS). Maintain baseline budgets and control approved budget revisions. Support project cash flow planning and phasing. Actual Cost Control Track and validate actual project costs from GoodDay/ ERP / Finance systems. Monitor commitments (POs, contracts, variations) against approved budgets. Ensure accurate cost allocation by project, phase, and cost code. Coordinate with Finance on accruals, cut-off, and cost reconciliation. Forecasting & Variance Analysis Perform regular Budget vs Actual vs Forecast analysis. Prepare and maintain ETC (Estimate to Complete) and EAC (Estimate at Completion). Analyze cost variances and identify root causes. Provide early warnings on cost overruns or financial risks. Recommend corrective actions in collaboration with Project Managers. Reporting & Governance Prepare monthly and ad-hoc cost reports and dashboards for the CoE Director. Provide financial insights to support project reviews and management decisions. Support cost governance, change control, and financial discipline across projects. Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

· 7–10 years of proven experience in project financial management and cost control. · Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. · Strong experience in project budgeting, cost tracking, and variance analysis. · Ability to prepare and present monthly and periodic financial reports to senior management. · Solid knowledge of cash flow management, forecasting, and financial planning for projects.
