Budgeting & Costing Accountant

Job Description

✔️ Develop, coordinate, and monitor annual budgets and rolling forecasts. ✔️ Prepare cash flow forecasts and perform variance and trend analyses. ✔️ Conduct cost analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities. ✔️ Deliver management reports with actionable financial insights. ✔️ Ensure accurate cost allocation across departments and projects. ✔️ Support month-end and year-end closing related to costing and budgeting. ✔️ Maintain and optimize costing models for manufacturing and inventory valuation. ✔️ Generate and analyze data using SAP Business ByDesign. ✔️ Collaborate with operations, procurement, and finance teams to achieve financial goals. ✔️ Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and tax regulations. 📌 Subject line: Budgeting & Costing Accountant

Job Requirements

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. ✔️ 5–6 years of experience in manufacturing (pharma preferred). ✔️ Proficiency in SAP Business ByDesign is required. ✔️ CMA certification (preferred) or in progress. ✔️ Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. ✔️ Excellent reporting and communication skills. Preferred: ✔️ Experience in the pharmaceutical industry. ✔️ Strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures and compliance. ⚠️ Please note: CVs with no budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis experience will be excluded.
