Job Description

🔹Partner with business leaders to support planning, forecasting, and decision-making. 🔹Deliver clear financial analysis, insights, and recommendations. 🔹Own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for assigned business areas. 🔹Translate financial data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders. 🔹Support business cases, investment appraisals, and scenario modelling. 🔹Challenge assumptions and identify risks and opportunities. 🔹Improve financial processes, controls, and reporting efficiency. 🔹Contribute to month-end and year-end processes as required.

Job Requirements

✅2+ experience in a Finance Business Partner or commercial finance role. ✅Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis skills ✅Ability to turn financial data into clear, actionable business insights ✅Experience working closely with non-finance stakeholders ✅Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset ✅Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial systems and BI tools preferred. ✅Excellent communication and presentation skills ✅Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
