Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead the internal control framework and ensure robust financial management across our organization. The ideal candidate will be a key player in shaping financial strategies and maintaining high standards of compliance and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Oversee internal controls for accounting and financial operations. Approve all outgoing invoices and monitor accounts receivable aging reports. Provide financial insight to executive leadership and align planning with operational goals. Prepare financial reports, budgets, and projections for the CFO. Ensure compliance with statutory laws and financial regulations. Collaborate with leadership teams to share insights and findings. Assist the CFO in managing expenditure and taking corrective financial actions. Drive improvements in budgeting processes and cost efficiency. Safeguard financial information with confidentiality and integrity. Monitor accurate and service-aligned expense payments. Lead and develop the finance team through coaching, counseling, and performance management.

Job Requirements

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 📚 Strong knowledge of Egyptian accounting standards and general financial principles 📈 Minimum 8 years of experience in a financial leadership role 💬 Proficient in English (spoken & written) 💻 High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Work Environment: 🏢 Office-based (New Cairo HQ) 🔄 Interaction with internal departments 🔐 Adherence to company procedures, quality systems, and HSE policies
