Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager experienced

Job Description

Financial Planning & Budgeting Lead the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning. Consolidate budgets across business units and ensure alignment with corporate strategy. Challenge financial assumptions and ensure forecast accuracy. Management Reporting & Performance Analysis Prepare and present monthly management reports with comprehensive variance analysis. Analyze revenue, cost structures, margins, and cash flow performance. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership. Financial Modeling & Scenario Analysis Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives. Conduct sensitivity and scenario analyses to assess risks and opportunities. Support pricing strategies, cost optimization, and profitability improvement initiatives. Feasibility Studies & Investment Appraisal Lead financial feasibility studies for new investments, expansions, acquisitions, and product lines. Prepare detailed investment evaluations including IRR, NPV, and Payback analysis. Conduct post-investment performance reviews against approved business cases. Financial Reporting & Compliance Oversee the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Ensure integrity and consistency of financial data across reporting systems. Support statutory reporting and external audit requirements in coordination with accounting teams. Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Management, or a related field. MBA or a relevant professional certification is preferred. 7–12 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate planning, performance management, or strategy. Proven expertise in financial modeling, KPI development, and analytics. Experience within multi-entity or holding company structures is considered an advantage.
