Job Description

• Prepare standard cost for all products and update regularly. • Analyze material, labor, and overhead costs. • Monitor actual vs. standard cost and prepare variance reports. • Support budgeting and forecasting with cost data. • Track inventory valuation and ensure compliance with accounting standards. • Review and validate BOMs (Bill of Materials) and routings. • Work closely with production, supply chain, and finance teams to control costs. • Conduct periodic cost audits and recommend improvements. • Prepare reports on cost trends, profitability, and performance KPls. • Assist management in pricing decisions and cost reduction initiatives.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • Minimum 5 years of costing experience in manufacturing, preferably automotive. • Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory control, and ERP systems. • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. • Good communication skills to collaborate across departments.
