Accounting Supervisor (5–7 Years Experience)

Job Description

Review and approve journal entries, accruals, provisions, and intercompany allocations. Lead month-end and year-end closing processes. Ensure IFRS/local compliance and support audits. Provide variance analysis and assist in financial planning. Supervise, mentor, and train junior accounting staff. Drive continuous improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA, CMA, or equivalent preferred. 5–7 years progressive accounting experience (including at least 3 years in a CPA/audit firm). Strong IFRS and regulatory knowledge. ERP proficiency (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics). Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 📍 Location: [Kattamya] 💼 Employment Type: Full-time
