Senior Budgeting Specialist 2-4 years of experience

Job Description

-Design, review, and approve budget templates and forms. -Manage the budgeting process and present the final budget to Budget & Control. -Coordinate reconciliation meetings with departments, asset managers, and project managers. -Collect bottom-up budgets from departments, asset managers, and project managers, compile, and prepare summary reports for reconciliation (actual bottom-up budgets are prepared by the respective party). -Monitor the budgets of departments, properties, and projects for significant cost deviations and escalate major issues and risks to Budget & Control. -Coordinate with departments, asset managers, and project managers on budget change requests and addressing major budget overruns. -Monitor cash flow activities and investigate variances to assist Finance in maintaining the cash position. -Process budgetary control, by reviewing purchase orders and revenue contracts. -Assist in issuing monthly business review for actual company performance vs. budgeted figures.

Job Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. -2-4 years of experience preferably in the real estate industry. -Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling.
