Job Description

1. Customer Collections & Invoicing: - Follow up on customer collections to ensure timely payments. - Issue accurate sales invoices and transfer e-invoices to the Egyptian Tax Authority (ETA). - Make quarterly confirmations with customers regarding outstanding balances. 2. Financial Reporting & Documentation: - Review and distribute customer account reports. - Submit invoices to customers and ensure proper documentation. 3. Product Line & Channel Analysis: - Monitor AR collection trends and provide insights for improving cash flow. 4. Inventory & Returns Management: - Participate in monthly stocktaking and analyze aging inventory reports. - Follow up on return orders with the warehouse and document reasons for each return. 5. System & Data Management: - Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports using Oracle ERP. - Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - 2 to 4 years of experience with previous experience in the Home Appliance industry is preferred. - Very Good command of English. - Familiarity with e-invoicing systems and ETA compliance. - Strong grasp of AR processes. - Excellent command of Microsoft Excel. - Previous experience working with ERP systems is preferred.
