Job Description

· Responsible for implementing and maintaining a system of internal controls that will ensure that the company’s assets are adequately safeguarded and all financial reporting is prepared in compliance with all financial policies (IFRS for SMEs). · Oversee the general accounting function, which includes intercompany accounting, cash management/reconciliation, AR, AP, financial reporting, balance sheet and income statement management. · Provide technical accounting IFRS for SMEs guidance and support to all company transactions. · Responsible for proper timing and application of revenue recognition rules which must be applicable with IFRS for SMEs. · Ensure that the ERP system continues to operate as required. Involved in validating/designing suggested changes to ensure accounting requirements continue to be met. · Coordinate work relating to both internal and external audits in the periodic review of the company financial records. Was further responsible for the implementation of agreed upon recommendations, related to areas of responsibility, resulting from the audit findings. · Understand of responsibility centers and how to build COA accordingly.

Job Requirements

- Gradated from Faculty of Commerce Bachelor degree. (English Department is better) - Minimum 2 years of experience in finance management in IT company (professional Services). - Worked in a company with international subsidiaries. - Fluent in English. - Fluent in Excel. - Familiar with Microsoft TFS - Good experience with Odoo ERP system is preferred. - Worked in a company with any ERP system is a must. - Familiar with all kinds of Taxes and Social insurance laws and able to apply them on the company.
