Accounting Analyst (CPA) / (Excellent English)

Job Description

Analyze, reconcile, and clean up balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Manage and process complex invoicing transactions, ensuring proper documentation and alignment with company policies. Prepare detailed financial reports and analysis to support business decisions. Identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions for balance sheet issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes and improve financial reporting. Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and support external audits. Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements. Participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes. Continuously improve accounting procedures and systems for operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

CPA certification (Is required). Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2+ years doing financial audits is a must and Ex-big 4 is preferable 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of balance sheet structures and the ability to analyze and clean up accounts. Proficient in managing complex invoicing processes and financial systems. Advanced Excel skills; experience with analytics tools Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy. Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders. Excellent financial data visualization skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Audit firms, M&A or VC. Knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS). Familiarity with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) functions.
