· Supervise, train, and mentor audit staff and junior team members.
· Review financial statements, audit reports, and work papers for accuracy and compliance.
· Maintain effective communication with clients to manage expectations and deliver high-value service.
· Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
· Identify and assess risks, providing strategic recommendations to clients.
· Stay current with industry developments, accounting standards, and audit practices.
· Collaborate with other departments for cross-functional support and advisory services.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
· Professional certification is a plus.
· 10+ years of audit experience in an audit firm or consulting environment.
· In-depth knowledge of auditing and accounting standards (IFRS, local GAAP, etc.).
· Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
· Proficient in audit software and Microsoft Office tools.
