Job Description
- Determine cost centers for each product to assist in budget allocation and generate necessary reports.
- Collaborate with the direct manager in preparing estimated budgets and actual financial statements.
- Provide actual cost data to support comparisons with estimated costs and assist management in evaluating and adjusting pricing policies.
- Accurately classify direct and indirect costs, determine product costs, and review the bill of materials for each product.
- Prepare costing models for raw materials and expenses related to each supply or production order; calculate standard and actual costs for new projects and generate related reports.
- Investigate inventory variances from physical counts and review aging inventory reports to recommend write-offs for obsolete or excess items.
- Analyze the cost impact of changes in product design, materials, production methods, or services provided.
- Contribute to the development of the cost control system and monitor sales system outputs to ensure accurate data flow into costing procedures.
- Coordinate with technical departments to validate data related to manpower, operating hours, and raw materials used in production.
- Prepare daily cost reports for each product, based on production, inventory, and quality reports, in line with approved accounting standards and development plans.
- Submit regular reports on achievements, issues, and pending tasks to the direct manager.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s of degree Commerce.
· 4–6 years of relevant experience in cost control accounting.
· Very good at least experience in SAP and ERP programs.
· Excellent Proficiency in using all MS Office Package.
· Very Good command of English.
· Location: 6th October city + Transportation (Company Bus).
