Job Description
- Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with department heads.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Monitor financial transactions and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations.
- Conduct variance analysis to assess financial performance against budget and prior periods.
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
- Utilize Oracle ERP (preferred) to streamline accounting processes and enhance data management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA or CMA certification is a must.
- Minimum 10 years of accounting experience, with a significant portion in the restaurant industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations, with additional knowledge of KSA regulations being a plus.
- Proficiency in Oracle ERP is an advantage.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other financial software.
