• Conduct detailed internal audits for financial and operational activities across project sites and head office.
• Review project payments, cost allocations, procurement records, subcontractor invoices, and expense documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Audit petty cash, site disbursements, and employee reimbursements, verifying supporting documentation and approvals.
• Identify control gaps, irregularities, or discrepancies and provide actionable recommendations.
• Ensure full compliance with Egyptian Accounting Standards, internal financial policies, and contractual obligations.
• Test the effectiveness of internal controls and support implementation of corrective measures.
• Reconcile project accounts, supplier statements, and subcontractor balances.
• Prepare clear, detailed audit reports highlighting key findings, risks, and recommended actions for management.
• Follow up on previous audit findings to ensure timely implementation of recommendations.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing (CPA/CMA is a plus).
• Minimum 4 years of auditing experience in contracting or construction companies.
• Deep understanding of cost control, project accounting, and construction budgeting.
• Strong analytical skills, investigative mindset, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills in English and Arabic.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and auditing tools.
• High integrity, professional ethics, and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial data
