Senior FP&A 5–7 years in FP&A

Job Description

Financial Planning & Forecasting Lead the company’s annual budget and roll forecast cycles, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Partner with department and business unit leaders to gather inputs, challenge assumptions, and drive accountability. Translate strategic plans into financial outcomes with clear forecasting models and dashboards. Management Reporting & Analysis Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting packages including P&L analysis, variance commentary, and KPIs. Analyze trends in revenue, costs, and profitability, and present insights to executive stakeholders. Track actual performance against budget/forecast and support course corrections as needed. Business Partnership & Strategy Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, operations, marketing, product) to support strategic initiatives. Evaluate investment opportunities, pricing models, and ROI. Drive long-range financial planning in coordination with the strategic planning team. Advanced Financial Modeling & Tools Build and maintain dynamic financial models for scenario analysis, sensitivity testing, and what-if planning. Implement automation and optimization within financial reporting processes. Leverage BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and EPM systems (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Insights) to improve data quality and accessibility. Executive-Level Support Prepare board and investor reporting, business review presentations, and strategic analysis for senior leadership. Provide ad hoc support for M&A, due diligence, and post-deal integration (if applicable).

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (required) 5–7 years in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting Experience in a fast-paced, complex, and dynamic business environment Prior experience leading planning processes or managing junior team members is a strong advantage Technical Skills: Advanced Excel modeling and scenario planning skills Soft Skills: Strong business acumen and strategic thinking Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
