Job Description

Maintain and control the fixed assets register in compliance with company policies Record acquisitions, disposals, transfers, and depreciation of fixed assets Conduct periodic physical counts and reconcile with records Ensure proper asset tagging and classification Monitor capitalization vs. expense decisions Prepare fixed assets reports for management and auditors Coordinate with finance, procurement, and warehouse teams Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance. Proven experience in fixed assets or accounting role Strong knowledge of accounting principles and asset management Good command of Excel and ERP systems Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
