Job Description

- Develop and implement financial policies and internal controls. - Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. - Lead the budgeting process and monitor its implementation. - Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity planning. - Ensure full compliance with tax regulations and legal requirements. - Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger activities. - Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and financial institutions. - Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance. - Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management. - Identify financial risks and design mitigation strategies.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA / CMA / MBA is a plus). - Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, including 3 years in a leadership role. - Strong knowledge of Egyptian accounting standards and IFRS. - Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning. - Excellent command of English (written and spoken). - Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. - Experience with Odoo ERP is a must.
