Job Description

Develop and present strategic financial and tax recommendations to the CEO, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and long-term vision. Lead the financial planning and analysis efforts, providing insights on forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance to support business decisions. Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and ensure optimal financial liquidity to sustain business operations and growth. Manage and execute company audits, ensuring financial records and processes adhere to legal, regulatory, and company standards. Prepare and review accurate financial statements, reports, and metrics for both internal and external stakeholders. Ensure the company remains in full compliance with all relevant financial regulations and legal requirements. Maintain and develop strong relationships with banks and financial institutions to facilitate financing and funding strategies for the company.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CPA, MBA, or equivalent professional qualifications preferred. 7-10 years of finance experience in a senior leadership role, managing financial operations within a Renewable Energy business. Previous experience in the renewable energy or sustainability sectors is a must. Strong finance-based analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business strategies. Proven ability to oversee and manage financial operations, budgets, and forecasting. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior management and stakeholders. Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
