Launched in 2006, Saal’s management team combined their previous experience in launching and managing restaurants and cafes to launch many more F&B businesses, such as Buffalo Burger and Roma Pizza To Go as well as several other restaurants in Egypt and Middle East. The key vision for Saal’s restaurants is to demonstrate that food served fast didn't have to be a "fast-food" experience. This goal is fulfilled by merging the use of high-quality raw ingredients, classic cooking methods and distinctive interior design -features that are more frequently found in the world of fine dining, with accessible and affordable meals that are prepared and served in a timely manner. Thus competing in a category of dining now called "fast-casual," the fastest growing segment of the restaurant industry, where customers expect food quality that's more in line with full-service restaurants, coupled with the speed and convenience of fast food.
