Job Description

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and forecasts Support variance analysis and reporting on financial performance vs. budget Develop and maintain financial models for business planning and investment evaluation Collect and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities Prepare regular dashboards and presentations for management Collaborate with departments to gather inputs and ensure budget alignment Help improve financial reporting tools and automate manual processes Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as required by the FP&A team What We Offer: Exposure to senior finance leadership and decision-making processes Opportunities for learning and growth in corporate finance A collaborative and fast-paced work environment

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 0–2 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or FP&A-related role FMVA® (Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst) certification from CFI is a plus Strong Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.) Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Effective communication and presentation abilities High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
