Job Description

- Manages and supervises the Accounting org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs - Designs and leads initiatives with regard to Accounting - Takes responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility - Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility - Manages and supervises multiple org units within Accounting - Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Accounting, CFA/ CMA/ IFRS/ FMVA Certification is a plus - More than 5 years of proven experience in the accounting field, in addition to 3 years of leadership and projects management experience - Solid experience in projects and change management - Strong Leadership skills with a high sense of Employee Coaching and Development - High strategic and analytical thinking - Professional level of English Language - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
