- 5–8 years of experience in Internal Audit
- CIA certification (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of internal audit frameworks
- Ability to assess and evaluate complex risks (financial, operational, compliance, and strategic)
- In-depth knowledge of auditing standards, procedures, laws, rules, and regulations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis
- Strong command of English (both written and verbal)
- Good computer skills
