Job Description
- Lead, manage, and supervise the accounting team and daily accounting operations.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and other accounting transactions.
- Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor and manage cost accounting, including product costing, material consumption, labor allocation, and overhead for manufacturing processes.
- Ensure inventory valuation is accurate and aligns with accounting standards.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate policies.
- Coordinate and oversee internal and external audits, ensuring timely month-end and year-end closing.
- Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, providing actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Recommend and implement improvements to accounting procedures and ERP systems for efficiency and accuracy.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial companies is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ERP/accounting systems.
- Professional certifications such as CMA (Certified Management Accountant) or IFRS Diploma/Certification are a plus.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
