Job Description

The B2B Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities for our comprehensive range of accounting training programs. This involves building relationships with key decision-makers within organizations, understanding their training needs, and presenting tailored solutions. Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, online research, and industry events. Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients to understand their specific training requirements and challenges. Solution Presentation: Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that showcase the value and benefits of our training programs. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CFOs, Finance Directors, HR Managers, and Training & Development professionals. Sales Pipeline Management: Effectively manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, using CRM software. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contract terms and pricing, and successfully close sales deals. Account Management: Manage existing client accounts, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction. Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands. Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and training teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the training or professional services industry.
