The B2B Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities for our comprehensive range of accounting training programs. This involves building relationships with key decision-makers within organizations, understanding their training needs, and presenting tailored solutions.
Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, online research, and industry events.
Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients to understand their specific training requirements and challenges.
Solution Presentation: Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that showcase the value and benefits of our training programs.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CFOs, Finance Directors, HR Managers, and Training & Development professionals.
Sales Pipeline Management: Effectively manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, using CRM software.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contract terms and pricing, and successfully close sales deals.
Account Management: Manage existing client accounts, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and training teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the training or professional services industry.
