General Accountant

Job Description

•Oversee and manage general accounting functions, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting. •Prepare and review project invoices and ensure accurate billing and collection. •Monitor financial transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. •Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. •Supervise accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections. •Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. •Conduct cost analysis and provide insights to support financial decision-making. •Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax filings. •Coordinate with auditors for financial audits and ensure proper documentation. •Provide guidance and support to junior accountants.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 of experience in general accounting. • Experience in preparing project invoices and managing financial aspects of projects. • Preferably with experience in the construction filed. • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial regulations, and tax laws. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong leadership and communication abilities. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Location: Nasr City • If you're interested, please send your updated CV to hr@arab-security.com and mention job title in the mail subject.
