ELI Financial Planning & Reporting Manager

Job Description

This role will report to the ELI Finance Manager & requires financial expertise to undertake economic research and study the prevalent rates of return, depreciation, working capital and investment of various entities in the income statement to analyze the profit and loss statements. Your findings and recommendations will be presented to the Pfizer management team. You will develop and maintain operational specifications for financial information systems after considering the information flow, volume and document format for the data processing equipment. You will also provide business development analysis and can monitor business performance. As a Manager, you provide guidance to operational teams for managing projects. Your planning skills will help in preparing forecasts for resource requirements, and providing areas of improvement for products, processes or services. Through your comprehensive knowledge of principles, concepts and theories of finance and accounting, you will also work towards advancing new concepts and methodologies. You will be able to take a leadership role to facilitate agreements between different teams. Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree 7+ years of experience in Finance 4 years in Business Finance Proficiency working with finance applications, planning tools, data warehouses, and business intelligence tools Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English Strong computer skills in MS Office Nice-to-Have Master's degree Relevant pharmaceutical experience System application and products experience Knowledge of various financial systems and financial reporting aspects Proven experience in change management, training and communication plan creation and delivery Understanding of workflow-based logic, ability to understand a business process from a workflow diagram and conceptualize it as an automated solution Relevant professional skills including problem solving, project planning & delivery, attention to detail, time management, critical thinking
