Accounting Manager

Job Description

- Month- and year-end closing - Accounts payable/receivable activities - Cash collections and payments tracking - General ledger maintenance - Revenue and expenditure variance analysis - Fixed asset activity and reconciliations - Taxation * Prepare and analyze financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow). * Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and company policies. * Lead and coordinate annual external audits. * Improve accounting processes, systems, and internal controls. * Assign and direct accounting staff to ensure compliance and accuracy. * Maintain and organize financial records for transparency and documentation.

Job Requirements

- +10 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years as an Accounting Manager. - Strong knowledge of IFRS (Diploma in IFRS is a plus). - Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a must , Automotive background is highly preferred. - Big 4 audit experience is a plus. - ERP System Experience: Familiarity with Odoo is a must (or other ERP systems with training available). - Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
