Manage all accounting transactions.
- Prepare budget forecasts.
- Publish financial statements in time
Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure timely bank payments.
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
- Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
- Audit financial transactions and documents.
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
- Comply with financial policies and regulations.
- Generating and issuing accurate and timely invoices to customers.
- Receiving and processing customer payments.
- Monitoring and managing customer accounts to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices.
- Reconciling customer accounts and resolving any discrepancies or disputes related to payments, discounts, or pricing.
- Generating regular reports related to accounts receivable, such as aging reports.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Accounting.
- Proven working experience as AR Accountant.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software
Proficiency in MS Office
SAP
- Work experience as an Accountant in real estate field.
- Experience with general ledger functions.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
