Accounting Manager 15–20 years of experience in Accounting 2–4 years of experience in (Accounting Manager / Finance Manager).

Job Description

• Oversee and manage all general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, costing, and taxes. • Ensure accurate and timely preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements and reports. • Handle month-end and year-end closings and reporting processes. • Lead external and internal audit processes, including quarterly financial audits and annual control audits. • Provide financial analysis on capital investments, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations. • Supervise the accounting team, allocate tasks, monitor performance, and provide ongoing coaching and development. • Continuously assess current practices and procedures and recommend improvements. • Assist in preparing forecasts, annual budgets, and business activity reports. • Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies. • Participate in tax planning and oversee the annual corporate tax return. • Ensure compliance with ISO regulations and other internal/external guidelines.

Job Requirements

• 15–20 years of experience in Accounting/Finance. • 2–4 years of experience in a similar leadership role (Accounting Manager / Finance Manager). • CMA or CPA certification is required. • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, laws, and regulations. • Experience in a manufacturing environment is a MUST. • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. • Strong organizational and time management abilities. • Proficient in accounting and tax software. • Fluent in English (spoken and written). • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
