Job Description

Manage daily AR tasks like invoicing, receipt processing, and account maintenance. - Ensure accurate transaction posting in ERP systems like Oracle or SAP. - Conduct aging analysis and address outstanding balances promptly. Team Leadership: - Supervise AR accountants, assign tasks, and monitor performance. - Provide coaching, feedback, and training for professional growth. Collections & Credit: - Develop effective strategies to reduce overdue accounts. - Prioritize collections and handle escalated cases professionally. Reconciliation & Controls: - Reconcile accounts, ledger entries, and payments. - Manage credit memos, refunds, and terminations following policy guidelines. Reporting & Analysis: - Analyze AR aging reports and collections performance. - Present insights to senior management and utilize Power BI for data visualization. Customer Focus & Collaboration: - Resolve complex customer issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless experiences. Process Improvement & Integration: - Identify automation opportunities and collaborate on system upgrades for billing efficiency.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - 5–7 years of AR or general accounting experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role. - Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and ERP systems like Oracle Fusion or SAP. - Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Certified FMVA® (Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst) is a plus.
