Monitor, reconcile, and follow up on customer payments across multiple platforms (e.g., Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, other payment gateways).
Resolve discrepancies in accounts receivable and ensure timely application of payments.
Collaborate with sales/customer support teams to address payment delays or disputes.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance preferred.
Experience: 5+ years in accounting, with 2+ years in e-commerce or IT/tech industries.
Proficiency in accounting software and ERPs (Odoo, Zoho).
Familiar with closing accounting books, and accrual basis.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify)
Experience with multi-currency transactions and global tax compliance.
Knowledge of inventory management systems and E-commerce business.
High attention to detail and problem-solving agility.
Goal-oriented, follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
