Job Description

- Evaluate new investment opportunities and conduct in-depth financial analysis. - Build and maintain comprehensive financial models to support strategic decision-making. - Prepare insightful investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. - Collaborate with various departments to collect data and validate financial assumptions. - Deliver high-impact reports and recommendations to senior management and investors. - Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning. Jump into ad-hoc projects and special initiatives as needed.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. (CFA or progress toward certification is a plus.) - 3–7 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, ideally in corporate finance or consulting. - Proven experience in the real estate industry is a must. - Solid background in the Saudi market. - Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills. - Strong analytical, presentation, and communication abilities. - Highly detail-oriented, with strong time management and organizational skills. - A strategic thinker who enjoys solving complex problems and making an impact.
