* Review, verify, and record supplier invoices for inventory and store operating expenses.
* Match invoices with purchase orders and goods receipt notes.
* Ensure accuracy of pricing, quantities, discounts, VAT, and payment terms.
* Prepare AP aging schedules and post journal entries and accruals related to accounts payable.
* Prepare basic reports on supplier balances and outstanding payments.

Job Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience for each role.
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce is a must.
* Proven experience in each role.
* Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Excel skills.
