Job Description

- Lead the development and management of annual budgets - Monitor and analyze budget performance, identifying variances - Collaborate with department heads to ensure cost-effective planning - Deliver insightful reports and forecasts to senior management - Recommend corrective actions to align spending with targets - Enhance budgeting processes and enforce financial discipline

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance. - 3+ years’ experience in budgeting or financial analysis. - Strong skills in forecasting, variance analysis, and Excel. - ERP experience (Odoo preferred). - Excellent communication and organizational abilities. ⭐ Preferred: - CMA certification. - Experience with financial modeling and strategic planning. - Background in cost management within corporate environments.
