Job Description

1. Oversee all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. 2. Manage the financial operations, including accounting, treasury, and tax functions. 3. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements and reports. 4. Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. 5. Lead the development and implementation of cost-control measures and profitability improvement initiatives. 6. Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditures to optimize financial resources. 7. Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations, standards, and reporting requirements. 8. Develop, implement, and maintain internal financial controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard assets and ensure compliance. 9. Ensure that financial systems and processes are efficient, effective, and scalable. 10. Oversee the internal and external audit processes. Job Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in Business, finance, accounting, or related field. -5:10 years of progressive experience in financial management. -Proven experience in Financial Management roles & Odoo system -Professional certifications in finance and leadership roles.
