Job Description
The Corporate Tax Accountant will be responsible for providing comprehensive corporate tax services to clients, including tax compliance, planning, and advisory. This role involves ensuring adherence to corporate tax laws and regulations, minimizing tax liabilities, and providing strategic tax advice to optimize business operations.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Tax Compliance: Assist in ensuring clients' compliance with corporate tax laws and regulations.
Tax Planning: Provide strategic tax planning advice to minimize tax liabilities and optimize tax efficiency.
Tax Advisory: Advise clients on complex tax issues, such as mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and international tax matters.
Tax Due Diligence: Conduct thorough tax due diligence reviews for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
Tax Controversy: Represent clients in tax audits and disputes with tax authorities.
Tax Reporting: Prepare and file corporate tax returns accurately and timely.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA or CA qualification.
Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in corporate tax.
Strong understanding of corporate tax laws and regulations in Egypt, KSA, and the UAE.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
