Job Description

Oversee Raw Materials & Finished Products – Manage storage and movement of cement, sand, aggregates, additives, and ready-made concrete blocks. -Inventory Management – Ensure accurate stock levels of raw materials and finished products to prevent shortages or overstocking. -Receiving & Dispatching Goods – Supervise the loading/unloading of raw materials and finished products, ensuring proper handling. -Warehouse Organization – Optimize storage areas for efficient material flow and easy access to stock. -Team Leadership – Train and supervise warehouse workers, forklift operators, and logistics staff. -Safety & Compliance – Ensure adherence to safety regulations, proper storage of hazardous materials, and use of protective equipment. -Supplier Coordination – Work with vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and manage supply chain efficiency. -Quality Control – Check incoming materials for quality and reject any defective or substandard items. -Logistics & Transportation Coordination – Organize transport for delivering finished products to customers and construction sites. -Data & Reporting – Maintain accurate records of stock movements, deliveries, and warehouse performance using ERP or WMS software. -Cost Optimization – Reduce waste, control storage costs, and improve efficiency in material handling. -Equipment & Maintenance Supervision – Ensure forklifts, loaders, and other warehouse equipment are well-maintained and operational.
