· Record all general ledger (G/L) entries related to current accounts.
· Book all transactions related to general expenses (warehouse & office).
· Perform reconciliations between accounts.
· Review supplier payments (non-trade).
· Book all petty cash entries.
· Check and record all expenses for the region’s stores.
· Conduct required analysis for monthly expenses.
· Keep filing for the section organized.
· Coordinate with the treasury team for store and DC rent payment schedules.
· Check and book all stores and DC CAPEX.
· Review staff custody on a monthly basis.
· Handle payroll bookings and cash/bank transfers for salaries.
· Coordinate with other finance sections.
· Perform monthly detailed analysis for tax audit and inspections.
· Prepare external audit samples.
· Conduct stock takes for DC consumables (plastic stretch, oil, truck tires, plastic seal).
· Review and check all accrual and prepaid accounts.
Job Requirements
· Behira.
. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
· Very Good in English.
· 4-6 years of experience in GL department
· Very good knowledge of advanced Excel and related computer applications.
· Very good knowledge of (SAP) applications.
