FMPLUS+ Property & Facility Management is part of a group of companies comprising “Alexmar, Mask Int., Concrete Plus, T&D Designs Group & T&D Kitchens & Laundry Equipment” the total annual turnover is around $ 275 M, The group was first established since 1993 in Egypt then expanded expanded to cover Saudi Arabia, UAE, Iraq and Kuwait. FMPLUS+ as a new subsidiary specializes in providing property and total facility management solutions for residential, commercial, corporate and industrial properties. We provide infrastructure management solutions for any type of organization. We deal with each individual client as our #1 Asset and cater to their individual needs accordingly. We take a holistic approach to facility management where FMPLUS+ can become involved anywhere from the design stage to the project management stage ensuring a smooth transition throughout the completion stage. We provide usability and sustainability consulting in the earlier stages to ensure every project performs as efficiently as possible.
