Job Description

Supervise the AR team and ensure smooth daily operations. Monitor customer accounts to identify overdue balances and ensure timely collection. Review and approve customer reconciliations and account statements. Oversee the credit control process and customer credit limits. Coordinate with sales and finance teams on disputes and collection strategies. Prepare AR aging reports and provide updates to management. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role in AR. Strong experience with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems is a must. Solid understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Preferably a Sadat City' resident – company transportation is provided from/to key pickup points.
