Job Description

Review and approve payments to suppliers and contractors. Issue and approve disbursement and expense authorizations. Review supplier and contractor invoices to ensure they conform to contracts and invoices. Monitor building material inventory and conduct periodic and surprise inventory counts. Allocate expenses to the cost centers of each project. Prepare periodic financial reports related to projects (costs, expenses, revenues). Job Requirements
