Senior GL Accountant - SAP 3 to 5 years experience

Job Description

- Assets in preparing the Monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reporting. - Record GL journal entries on SAP. - Assist in reviewing and analysing trial balance to ensure the accuracy, reconciling transactions, and resolving discrepancies. - Record the journal entries of accrued and prepaid expenses. - Assist in quarter reviewing activities and assist in annual external auditing activities by providing necessary information and requested documentation. - Execute activities related to his/her function in safe and environmental methods. - Prepare payments vouchers and keep reconciling our account with suppliers at each payment on daily basis. - Arrange the Withholding Tax for foreign supplier payments with Tax consultant. - Respond to accounting inquiries from Finance and other departments. - Follow up with Supply Chain departments to make sure that GRN has been done on time and invoices has been submitted to finance on time. - Record purchase invoices on daily basis and ensure the clearing against the payments are done on daily basis. - Record payments and advance payments on daily basis. - Record and follow up the advance payments with the related invoices on monthly basis and ensure the settled payments.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance any other related field. Experience - + 3 years of experience in accounting.
