Job Description

· Build the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to align with our company objectives. · Analyze financial performance and key metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders. · Support strategic initiatives through advanced financial modeling and scenario planning. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate investments, identify cost efficiencies and assess risks. · Drive process improvements, implement automation tools and enhance financial analysis systems. · Deliver high-impact reports and presentations to executive leadership.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree or certifications like CFA/CPA/CMA/FPAC are a plus). · Experience: +7 years in FP&A or related fields, with proven expertise in corporate finance and financial modeling. · Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills, experience with ERP systems · Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to details and exceptional communication skills.
