Job Requirements

Qualification: Bachelor of Commerce/Accounting. Experience of 2 to 5 years in distribution companies is preferred for this position. Tasks include: Issuing sales invoices, recording collections, following up on customer balances, and applying credit policies. The applicant must have high skills in preparing regular Aging Reports (Accounts Receivable Aging), and strong communication skills for follow-up and collection. Good experience in using Excel programs and an ERP system (Odoo is preferred) is essential.
